About Gateway Park Action Coalition

Gateway Park is Fort Worth’s largest city park, spanning nearly 800 acres along the West Fork of the Trinity River. It is a welcoming space that truly offers something for everyone. Located about a mile from downtown, the park serves as an expansive green space for citizens to gather and engage in recreation and community activities, while also providing a tranquil retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. With plans for additional trails, athletic fields, restored woodlands, water access, and cultural features, Gateway Park is poised to become one of the premier parks in Texas.
